Strategic Banking Insights Mitron Bank is a legacy financial institution headquartered in Hyderabad, want to introduce a new line of credit cards, to broaden its product offerings and reach in the financial market.

This dashboard depicts the spending behavior and Income Utilization % of Mitron Bank Customers

This is a Executive Dashboard to provide high-level insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored for senior management.

In this project, the key insights inferred through the analysis of the datasets are,
City:
Mumbai has highest number of customers in spending, based on the current data 1/4th of the customers are from Mumbai and they also have highest Income Utilization %.
Age Group:
Based on Credit Card Usage, Chennai city has highest Credit Card Utilization % (41.48%). Delhi stands next to Chennai with 41.14%.
Customers of Age Group 35-45 have more Average Income Utilization % (46.72%), customers of Age Group 25-34 stand next to them with (43.66 %).

The project involved creating a sales report for an imaginary company called AtliQ, using Excel. The analysis covered three years of sales data (2019-2021) to evaluate their customer performance and market performance against predetermined targets.

Key Activities Carried Out:
Data Preparation: The project began with cleaning and organizing the sales data provided by AtliQ Hardware. This involved removing duplicates, correcting errors, and formatting the data to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Data Analysis: Using advanced Excel functions and techniques, such as pivot tables, formulas, and charts, the sales data was analyzed to identify trends and patterns. Key metrics, including sales revenue, product sales quantity, customer segmentation, and sales performance by region, were calculated and visualized.

Outcome:

The project outcome provides valuable insights into individual customer performance, enabling AtliQ Hardware to assess store performance during peak seasons. Additionally, it facilitates expansion plans in high-performing areas and aids in analyzing overall business outcomes.
