Me

Hey, I'm Harshil Patel, a Data & Business Analyst based in Utrecht, Netherlands, with a background that bridges engineering precision and business strategy. Before analytics, I spent four years as a Production Engineer and Automation Lead — scaling a manufacturing operation from 750 to 4,000+ units/month, cutting costs by 30% through in-house automation, and growing revenue from ₹12 Cr to ₹100 Cr+.
More recently, I've applied that operational mindset in the Dutch market through my work at Bever B.V. in Utrecht, where I gained hands-on experience in a Dutch retail environment.

  • Managed regional sales forecasting, conversion analysis, and inventory planning, supporting sales for The North Face across Amsterdam and Utrecht.
  • Coordinated across sales and merchandising teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and performance alignment with business goals. 
  • Involved in target setting, performance tracking, and execution of seasonal campaigns, directly impacting regional sales success.
