We start from your team's real work. We look at the goal, the tools and a few tasks they do today.
A short skills check shows where each person starts. Then we fit the modules and projects to match.
Live sessions on weekdays, in your team's work hours. We run them in India, US, UK and Middle East time.
Sessions usually run 2 to 3 hours. Track length depends on the program, and we share it in your plan. We set the pace with you, so work keeps moving.
We agree success measures before day one. You get a skills baseline, weekly progress updates and a final assessment.
At the end, leadership gets a one-page summary and the projects your team built.
We group people or set the pace by level.
If the gap is too wide for one cohort, we tell you before you sign, not halfway through.
