To generate Insights from Sales & Financial data for AtliQ Hardware, I created 5 Sales Report & 6 Finance Reports which helped management
draw conclusions regarding Customer and market improving Sales & GM%.

EV DATA ANALYTICS: ATLIQ MOTORS INDIA

Domain/Function: EV Industry

Study of EV/hybrid market in India for Expansion of EV business of Atliq Motors.
Conducted data analysis on the EV market in India to answer AtliQ Motors' primary and secondary questions.
Gujarat emerged as the optimal state for AtliQ Motors to establish an EV manufacturing Unit.

Executive Reporting For Consumer Goods

This Project is about getting into AtliQ Hardware's Data Analytics team.
I used MySQL to answer Ad_Hoc requests of AtliQ management.
Used PowerBI for visualization and presentation.

Business Intelligence Reporting for AtliQ Hardware

Making of one dashboard with PowerBI for all the departments (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) so that AtliQ Management can have Insights to make data driven decisions.

Hospitality Analytics: Hotel Chain Business

Domain/Function: Hospitality

AtliQ Grand faced losses in market share and revenue due to competition & bad decision making.
So, I used Python (Pandas) for basic data exploration. Later, I Leveraged PowerBI to design a dynamic, single-page dashboard that consolidated insights, improving Revenue, Avg Rating & Room Utilization.

SHIELD INSURANCE

Domain/Function: BFSI

Created a Pilot Project for client "Shield Insurance" which generates Insights into customer behavior and revenue trends over time using sales mode and age group. Also explained "Future Scope & Full Scope Implementation" of the project.

Deposit Section: CASA opening & closing, Cash Section Management as Head Cashier, General Charges and General Ledger Heads Management, GST work, TDS work, HNI Service as well as Financial Inclusion work for Low Income Groups, Interest & Non Interest based Income Generation, Cross Selling Banking & Insurance Products, Risk Management & Fraud Detection through cKYC & eKYC.
Advance Section: Experienced in the end-to-end Retail Loan lifecycle, from lead generation to loan disbursal and post loan disbursal operations such as AOD collection, Recovery from written-off loans, NPA restructuring, one-time settlements (OTS), Lok Adalat proceedings, and Collateral Auctions. Focused exclusively on Retail Loan products, with no exposure to MSME products.
