Project Details

Overview: Atliq Grands, a leading chain of five-star hotels in India, faces declining market share and revenue due to increased competition and management decisions. To counter these challenges, the company aims to leverage Business and Data Intelligence but lacks an in-house analytics team. The revenue management team has decided to engage a third-party service provider to extract valuable insights from their historical data.

Objectives:

Data Import: Import historical data from CSV files into Jupyter Notebook.

Data Cleaning and Preparation: Conduct statistical analysis to clean and prepare the data for further exploration.

Insight Generation: Utilize Python libraries to uncover key business insights and trends to inform strategic decisions.

Outcome: The project aims to provide actionable insights to help Atliq Grands regain market share and boost revenue in the luxury/business hotel segment.
