Conducted an in-depth analysis of hotel reservation cancellations for City and Resort Hotels, identifying key factors influencing booking cancellations and their impact on revenue.
It discovered that higher prices correlate with higher cancellation rates, with resort hotels showing a greater frequency of cancellations than city hotels.
Identified that online travel agencies account for 46% of reservations, and cancellations are most prevalent in January.
Recommended pricing strategy adjustments, including offering discounts and promotions during peak cancellation months and times, such as weekends and holidays, to reduce cancellations.
It is suggested to enhance the quality of services, especially in high-cancellation regions like Portugal, and target specific customer segments with tailored marketing efforts to boost revenue and minimize cancellations.

AtliQ hardware’s international sales; findings enabled the identification of key market
opportunities worth pursuing within six months.
● Built data models and visualisations in Power BI, and optimised the report with DAX studio which

● Developed a dashboard that enabled AtliQ Hardware to analyze department sales trends, driving
