Hey there! I'm diving headfirst into the world of data analysis, and I couldn't be more excited to tell you all about it. With skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL,Python (NumPy,Pandas, Matplotlib) I've been busy unraveling data mysteries during my time as a functional tester for two years.

Now, even though my degree is in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I've discovered my true passion lies in decoding data. Business Insights 360 Dashboard for Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain

AtliQ Hardwares is a consumer electronics company expanding rapidly but is not able to compete with other companies using data as most of their report exists in Excel. My goal is to implement an advanced analytics solution using PowerBI that will enable data-driven decision-making for enhancement.

Created 2 reports for the sales team which will help them to evaluate customer performance and understand their market performance with respect to their target.

Customer Performance Report: Provides net sales performance of each customer across years

Market performance vs Target report across years: Enables stakeholders to assess the country's performance and compare it to set targets.

Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Project Details

AtliQ Grands, a hotel chain with locations in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad, offers four distinct hotel types: AtliQ Seasons, AtliQ Exotica, AtliQ Bay, and AtliQ Palace. Guests book via platforms like TripAdvisor , MakeMyTrip etc.They are Facing revenue challenges, they seek data-driven strategies.

Analysis involved exploring, cleaning, and transforming data. Insights include average occupancy rates by city and room type, with August data added. Revenue per day per hotel was examined, as well as average city ratings. A pie chart illustrates revenue distribution among booking platforms.
