Hello there , I'm Abdur Rahman , a self-taught Data Analyst and Business Intelligence analyst with a passion for transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
My journey into the world of data analytics began during my academic pursuit in Soil Science. It was there, amidst soil samples and lab reports, that I developed a passion for MS Excel. What started as a tool for organizing data soon evolved into a gateway to the captivating realm of data analytics.

Fuelled by curiosity and a desire to explore, I delved into the world of data visualization using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python. Through self-guided projects and hands-on experimentation, I honed my skills, learning to navigate complex datasets and extract valuable insights.

Objective : This dynamic dashboard empowers hotel management with crucial insights into monthly booking trends, revenue, cancellation rates, and average daily rates. Unveiling key performance indicators on a monthly scale, it paints a comprehensive picture of the business landscape. Seasonal booking demands take center stage, offering a strategic view of peak periods. The dashboard also illuminates average daily rate trends throughout the year. Armed with this intelligence, hotel management can optimize resource allocation, adjust pricing strategies, and elevate the overall customer experience. AtliQ Mart is a retail giant with over 50 supermarkets in the southern region of India. All their 50 stores ran a massive promotion during the Diwali 2023 and Sankranti 2024 (festive time in India) on their AtliQ branded products. Now the sales director wants to understand which promotions did well and which did not so that they can make informed decisions for their next promotional period.

Project Details

A local restaurant has 2 branches in two localtion. Based on their POS and Timesheet data they want to find out if there are opportunitues for cost cutting or if their is any bottleneck in their staffing operation.

**The consumer of this project or Dashboard will be the local branch manager who doesn,t have good command over finance but has great exprience over hospitallity domain and can understand his own operation well.
