Created a Power BI dashboard called Business Insights 360 for AtliQ Hardwares, a company that sells computer hardwares. The dashboard helps them to understand their financial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and executive performance of their customers across the world.

The Finance View includes key metrics, a detailed Profit and Loss Statement, a net sales trend graph, and a list of top/bottom products by net sales.

The Executive view shows revenue data for manufacturers, top customers, and products.It also tracks market share trends for AtliQ and its competitors.

Project Details

I Created a dashboard for AtliQ Hardware, a company that sells computer hardwares in India, to help them understand their business performance and make data-driven decisions.

Data Sources: I used data from Excel/CSV files and a MySQL database, and integrated them into Power BI using Power Query and DAX.
Data Analysis and Visualization: I developed a data model and created various charts and visuals to show the financial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and executive performance of the company.

Dashboard Interactivity: I also added features such as filters, slicers, drill-downs, and tooltips to make the dashboard interactive and user-friendly.

Performance Improvement: I optimized the dashboard’s performance using DAX Studio and best practices, resulting in a faster and more efficient report.

Business Impact: The dashboard helps AtliQ Hardware to identify their strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and areas for improvement.
