🚀 Project: HR Analytics Atliq_masked

In the realm of HR, my Power BI project, "HR Analytics Atliq_masked," brought a data-driven revolution. I meticulously extracted attendance percentages, offering a quick snapshot of our workforce engagement. As we embraced flexible work arrangements, I precisely tracked the number of employees working remotely, providing a comprehensive view of our distributed teams.

Digging into employee well-being, I streamlined insights on sick leave, ensuring a proactive approach to health management. The real game-changer, however, was the calculation of attendance trends over time. This dynamic analysis allowed us to spot patterns, celebrate achievements, and address any emerging challenges promptly.

Power BI served as our compass in navigating the vast sea of HR data. Transforming raw numbers into actionable insights, we empowered strategic decision-making. With clarity on attendance, remote work dynamics, and employee health.

Project Details

Reusability helps in getting things done faster. It is a good idea to copy a visual from one page to another and customize it as per new needs

For the sales team, Gross Margin and Net Sales (Revenue) are more important than the Net Profit as typically they have least or no control over operating expenses.

For the marketing team, it would be important to understand the marketing spend change over a time period and subsequent Revenue / Gross Margin change.

For the supply chain team, important metrics are,
Forecast Accuracy & Risk (Out of stock or excess inventory)
Net error and Absolute error

I have created this project by using Excel & Power pivot, first i cleaned uncleaned data, set some format than used some excel formula like subtotal, sum, count-if, trim, & used Conditional formatting also.
