Project Details

AtliQ Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India. They have been in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, AtliQ Grands is losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category. As a strategic move, the managing director of AtliQ Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” to regain their market share and revenue. However, they do not have an in-house data analytics team to provide them with these insights.

Their revenue management team had decided to hire a 3rd party service provider to provide them with insights from their historical data.

What I did in this Project:
Created the metrics according to the metric list.
Created a dashboard according to the mock-up provided by stakeholders.
Created relevant insights that are not provided in the metric list/mock-up dashboard.

You're going to play as a Junior Detective in SQL City 🚓💼 The crime details are as follows📜

A crime has taken place and the detective needs your help. The detective gave you the crime scene report, but you somehow lost it (you're a bad junior detective 🕵‍♂️)

You vaguely remember that the crime was a murder that occurred sometime on Jan 15, 2018 and that it took place in SQL City (The only info you remember).

Start by retrieving the corresponding crime scene report from the police department’s database. You need to solve the case using the mentioned clue from here.
