Project Details

The project initiative was to provide a strategic move to regain the revenue and the market share. To make it achievable, I created two dashboards which are the Revenue Insights and Guest Preference Analysis.

By creating those dashboards, here are the recommendations that I provided:
1. AtliQ grands should use dynamic pricing to increasing revenue generation and increase prices for peak demand periods.
2. Maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction to sustain a positive reputation and encouraging repeat customers.
3. Implementing marketing promotions and strategies to boost reservations and consequently generate more revenue.
