Customer Performance Report: Provides net sales performance of each customer across years

P & L Markets: It compares Net sales, COGS, Gross margin and Gross margin % over the last three fiscal years at a country/region level.

Project Details

Using Excel pivot tables, I created a sales report to help businesses determine effective customer discounts, negotiate with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue.

Key Highlights:-
1) Sales Analysis: I performed a detailed breakdown of net sales for each product over the past three fiscal years, revealing customer preferences and trends.

2) Financial Analysis: I transformed financial reporting by simplifying data on profits, losses, and market fluctuations, it involved in-depth analysis of financial metrics like Net Sales, COGS, Gross Margin, and Gross margin % for each market and fiscal year.

In this project, the goal is to create one report that could be used by stakeholders from sales, marketing, finance and executive teams. The focus is made on the following:

The data model consists of 3 dimensions tables and 2 fact tables connected using one-to-many relationships.

Project Details

Built the Revenue Insights Dashboard for AtliQ Grands, addressing their challenges in market share and revenue within the luxury/business hotel category. This project aimed to empower the revenue management team with data-driven insights for informed strategic decisions.
