I followed these 3 Steps workflows for AtliQ Hardware Consumer Goods Ad-Hoc-Insights -

📊 Handling Ad-hoc Queries:
Addressed 10 on-the-spot requests with SQL basics like WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, JOINS, CTE, WINDOW FUNCTION, etc. Ensured accuracy and speed in fetching data for each query.

📈 Power BI Visualization:
Transformed query results into easy-to-grasp visuals using Power BI Utilized common charts like bars, pies, maps, donuts, and lines for effective data representation.

🎥 Insight Presentation:
Presented insights in an engaging video format, explaining observations and recommendations clearly. Aimed for clarity and understanding in delivering actionable insights.

Shield Insurance, an insurance provider, operates across five major cities in India: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Indore. They utilize various sales channels to reach their customers, including Offline Agent, Offline Direct, Online App, and Online Websites. The company offers a total of nine different policies.

I have built a Power BI dashboard to present insights to the stakeholders, and this analysis is categorized into three sections:

➽ General Analysis: Provides an overview of essential insurance metrics, including monthly revenue and customer trends, as well as age group and city segmentation.

➽ Sales Mode Analysis: Showcases sales performance metrics across different modes, including a customer trend chart highlighting the sales channel that generated the highest revenue and customers.

➽ Age Group Analysis: Demonstrates company revenue and customer performance by age group, including metrics for estimated settlement amounts and policy preferences.

📊 Objective- AtliQ Motors is an automotive giant from the USA specializing in electric vehicles (EV). In the last 5 years, their market share rose to 25% in the electric and hybrid vehicles segment in North America. As a part of their expansion plans, they wanted to launch their bestselling models in India.

📝 My Task - As a Data Analyst, I analyzed the Indian EV market and provided insights to the company so they could make an informed decision.
