Developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze the IBM HR Analytics Employee Attrition dataset. The project aims to uncover the primary drivers of employee turnover and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve retention.
The process involved extensive data cleaning and transformation using Power Query, while DAX was employed to create essential calculations and KPIs.
