Project Details

Business Insights 360 – Power BI Project
Developed an end-to-end analytics solution for AtliQ Hardware, a global computer and accessories company, to enable data-driven decision-making. Built a 360° Business Insights Dashboard in Power BI covering Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Products. The project involved SQL-based data extraction, data modeling (snowflake schema), DAX measures, KPI creation, and advanced Power BI techniques like bookmarks, dynamic titles, conditional formatting, and page navigation. Implemented Power BI Service features including publishing, auto-refresh with gateways, and app creation for collaboration. Delivered actionable insights on revenue, margins, costs, and customer performance, helping stakeholders monitor business health, identify growth opportunities, and optimize operations in real time.

🍕 Pizza Sales Analysis (SQL Project)
I worked on a Pizza Sales dataset to uncover key business insights using SQL.
The analysis explored ordering patterns, sales performance, revenue generation, and customer preferences.
🔹 What I Did:
Analyzed pizza sales data (4 datasets: orders, details, pizzas, pizza types).
Used SQL (Joins, Aggregations, CTEs, Window Functions, Subqueries).
Derived insights on revenue, popular pizzas, order patterns, and category performance.

Project Details

This Excel project analyzes over 1M rows of AtliQ Hardwares’ sales and financial data from 2020–2021. Using Power Query, I cleaned and transformed raw datasets, while Power Pivot was used to build structured data models. With DAX measures, I calculated KPIs to track sales performance and profitability. The Sales Report delivers insights such as top-performing products, new product launches, division-wise growth, and market comparisons. The Finance Report provides P&L statements by year, month, and market, enabling evaluation of profitability and budget alignment. This project highlights expertise in data cleaning, modeling, and analytics in Excel, while also delivering business impact by supporting strategic decision-making in sales growth, pricing, and market expansion.
