This project aims to enhance strategic decision-making through specialized Sales and Finance Reports.

For sales, we'll produce customer performance evaluations and market analyses against sales targets, offering tools for effective sales monitoring, KPI tracking, and identifying opportunities for discounts, negotiations, and market expansion.

In finance, we're focused on creating detailed P&L reports by fiscal year, month, and market to assist in financial assessment and stakeholder communication, facilitating benchmarking and foundational budgeting and forecasting. These efforts are designed to align financial strategies with business objectives, bolstering financial confidence and paving the way for sustainable growth and profitability.

In this project, I delivered a report for sales, marketing, finance, and executive stakeholders, focusing on robust data modeling and user-centric design for actionable insights. Skills sharpened included Power Query, DAX formulas, complex data modeling with 10+ tables, and effective visual selection based on dashboard design principles. The report's interactivity was enhanced with bookmarks, and its deployment on Power BI service involved iterative stakeholder feedback integration. Covering key metrics across various domains, this project broadened my expertise in data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder communication, equipping me for future analytical endeavors.

This challenge entails dissecting six critical data tables, spanning customer insights, product metrics, pricing dynamics, and sales trends. With ten real-world scenarios, analysts uncover actionable insights driving strategic growth and operational enhancements.
