This project integrates two key dimensions: Sales Analytics and Finance Analytics.

In the realm of sales analytics, the Customer Performance Report scrutinizes sales data to effectively monitor and evaluate customer sales activities. It aids in determining optimal customer discounts and facilitates customer negotiations. Additionally, the market performance versus sales target analysis compares market outcomes against established sales targets, identifying potential opportunities in global markets.

On the other hand, the Financial Analytics aspect is dedicated to generating Profit and Loss (P&L) Reports, segmented by fiscal year, months, and markets. The aim is to evaluate financial performance and provide essential insights for decision-making, forming a foundation for budgeting, forecasting, and aligning financial planning with strategic goals.

Project Details

Atliq Hardware is a company dealing with the manufacturing of computers and its peripherals having operations in various countries.
Designed a multi-functional Power BI dashboard to analyze sales trends for AtliQ Hardware across the global market, by gathering data from 2 different sources (Excel/CSV files and a SQL database). Analyzing various parameters and trends and keeping a close eye on essential key performance indicators (KPIs). Building various views for various departments like the Finance View, Sales View, Marketing View, and Supply Chain View.

Key Business Metrics that are focused upon: Net invoice sales, Net sales, Pre and post-invoice deductions, Gross margin, Net margin/profit, Net Error, Absolute Error, and Forecast accuracy.

Structuring and organizing data by Data Modeling to create relationships, and establish a framework for effective data analysis and reporting.

Skills Used: ETL using Power Query, Establishing data model relationships, DAX.

Project Details

AtliQ Grands a prominent owner of multiple five-star hotels across India, has been a key player in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years.
However the company is losing market share and revenue in the luxury and business hotel sectors because of strategic manoeuvres by competitors and ineffective management decision. My aim is to design a dashboard to-
1. Create different perspectives, such as the Revenue View, Booking View, and Executive View, for a more detailed analysis of the incoming data.
2. Analyze various parameters and trends while keeping a close watch on essential key performance indicators (KPIs) like RevPar, ADR, Occupancy etc.
3. closely monitor and evaluate their booking operations and overall performance.

Analyzed that with an increase of 13% in bookings and a reduction of 5% in cancellation rate, revenue increased by 17%.

AtliQ Hardwares is one of the leading computer hardware producers in India and well expanded in other countries too. However, the management noticed that they do not get enough insights to make quick and smart data-informed decisions. For this purpose, they have asked ad-hoc insights using SQL queries. Through this project I have-
1. Carried out Ad-Hoc insight analysis in Consumer goods domain using SQL and designed corresponding Power BI dashboard.
2. Analyzed product growth , cost analysis, top 5 customer performance, growth sales trend, marketwise performance, product demand. Utilized concepts like JOINS, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), stored procedures, subqueries.
