The objective is to empower AtliQ with a robust Power BI dashboard, transitioning from MySQL to a dynamic, integrated business intelligence solution.

The Power BI solution provides a 360-degree overview :

Finance Dashboard: Monitors Profit & Loss, Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Net Profit Percentage to evaluate financial health.
Sales Dashboard: Analyzes customer and product profitability, focusing on unit economics.
Marketing Dashboard: Compares regional performance, identifies profitable markets and products.
Supply Chain Dashboard: Tracks inventory, forecast accuracy, and net error for better inventory management.
Executive Dashboard: Offers top-level insights on revenue by customer and product, and overall company performance.

These dashboards enhance AtliQ's decision-making, driving growth and profitability.
