•  Prepared 20+ BI dashboards in Redash for month-on-month business reports for 7+ clients, providing them with highly accurate insights on user engagement resulting in significantly improved user behavior understanding.
•  Analyzed and modified 25+ SQL queries, improving query performance resulting in better data loading speeds and lowering resource consumption.
•  Assisted data science team with churn prediction model for targeting user retention for 2 clients.
•  Created multiple Data Pipelines and SQL queries in Azure Synapse Analytics for loading and storing data in data lake and Azure SQL database.
•  Performed a detailed spike analysis against a DDoS attack on the service API, resulting in futureproofing against DDoS attacks.
