With a background in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, I discovered my true strength lies in designing data solutions that drive real business value.

I’ve gained industry exposure through my experience at Cognizant Technology Solutions and further strengthened my expertise through a virtual internship with Atliq Technologies, where I developed data pipelines aligned with real-world production environments. My portfolio showcases these capabilities through projects spanning data engineering and analytics—from ingestion and validation to transformation and visualization.

My Experience.

Data Engineering Intern | Atliq Technologies (Virtual) | Feb 2026 – Mar 2026

As a Data Engineering Intern at Atliq Technologies, I worked on project-driven scenarios that closely replicate real-world data challenges, where inconsistent schemas, incomplete datasets, and manual ingestion workflows were impacting data reliability and slowing down analytics.

I designed and implemented end-to-end ETL pipelines using AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB) and Databricks (Apache Spark, Delta Lake), enabling automated data ingestion, validation, and transformation. By introducing schema enforcement, row-level quality checks, and structured data layering, I ensured clean and consistent datasets for downstream use. I also established metadata tracking and audit logging, improving pipeline observability and enabling faster issue diagnosis.

Through the FinSight capstone project, I built a fully serverless ingestion framework with real-time validation and monitoring, reducing data inconsistencies by ~40% and significantly improving data trust. I collaborated in an Agile setup, actively contributing to discussions and refining solutions based on feedback.

This experience strengthened my ability to translate ambiguous data problems into scalable engineering solutions while enhancing my collaboration, ownership, and communication skills in a professional environment.

Worked on a large-scale business management system where evolving requirements, fragmented workflows, and data inconsistencies often impacted reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Stepped in to analyze existing processes, assess business impact, and translate requirements into structured, reliable system enhancements.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to refine change requests, design scalable solutions, and streamline application workflows. Engineered and optimized database-driven functionalities using Oracle (11g/12c), PL/SQL, and Java, while utilizing tools such as Toad, Oracle Forms & Reports, and Unix for development and troubleshooting.
