About:
AtliQ Hardware is a leading Computer Hardware Producers in India and have their presence in other countries too, it's business is spread into 3 main divisions namely Personal computer, Networking and Storage, Peripherals and Accessories.

Problem Statement:
Though the company grew substantially in last few years , they faced huge loss in Latin America because they made all the decisions just based on some surveys. They were doing some analysis in excel itself. But now the company is so big that the excel is not going to work anymore , they decided to onboard Data Analytics team.

Objective:
To create Power BI dashboards for all the Department namely Finance , sales, Marketing and Supply chain so that it will enable them to make data driven decisions to improve the business.

🔍 PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Hospitals across the U.S. are focusing to improve patient outcomes while managing rising treatment costs. With access to 55,500 patient records from 10 major hospitals, this project aims to uncover data-driven insights into patient admissions, medical conditions, billing trends, and hospital performance. The goal is to empower healthcare leaders with actionable intelligence to optimize costs, enhance care quality, and support strategic decision-making through an interactive Power BI dashboard.

🛠️ APPROACH:
• Established connection to the healthcare dataset from the designated source.
• Performed data cleaning and transformation using Power Query to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Designed an efficient data model, including defining relationships and creating DAX measures for key metrics.
• Developed an interactive Power BI report with dynamic visuals, filters, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.

• February recorded the lowest transaction volume across both years.
• July consistently showed the highest transaction activity.
📍 Geographic Insight
• Barcelona emerged as the top-performing city with the highest transaction volume.
🏦 Transaction Behaviour
• Withdrawals were the most frequent transaction type.
• Savings Accounts were the most utilized product category.
📱 Channel Preference
• Mobile banking was the most preferred channel for transactions.
💸 Fee Analysis
• Late payment fees accounted for the highest share of total fees collected (53%).
👥 Customer Segment Insights
• Customers in the middle-income segment were the most transaction-active group.
• A majority of customers had a poor credit score in the range of 300–549.

This report will support data-driven decisions to enhance marketing efforts, inventory planning, and customer engagement.

✅Atliq Hardwares is a leading computer hardware manufacturer based in India, with a strong presence in international markets. Despite their growth, the management observed a lack of actionable insights needed to drive fast and informed decision-making.

✅I reviewed the ad-hoc-requests.pdf document containing 10 business questions requiring on-demand insights.
For each request, I wrote and executed SQL queries to retrieve the required information and provide clear, data-backed answers to support business decision-making.

✅Successfully delivered 10 data-backed insights using SQL, helping stakeholders answer key business questions quickly.
