AtliQ Mart is currently facing a problem where a few key customers did not extend the annual contract due to service issues. It is speculated that some of the essential products were either not delivered on time or not delivered in full over a continued period, which could have resulted in bad customer service. Management wants to fix this issue before expanding to other cities and requested their supply chain analytics team to track the ’On time’ and ‘In Full’ delivery service level for all the customers on a daily basis so that they can respond swiftly to these issues.
The Supply Chain team decided to use a standard approach to measure the service level in which they will measure ‘on-time delivery (OT) %’, ‘In-full delivery (IF) %’ and OnTime in full

Project Details

AtliQ Hardware is rapidly growing company in the recent years, and they have decided to implement the data analytics using PowerBi in their company for the first time to surpass their competitors in the market and to make data driven decisions. This project is hoped to give answers to the questions of stakeholder in terms all the aspects like finance, sales, marketing and supply chain.

• Designed a multi-view dashboard in Power BI for 6 departments (sales, finance, supply chain, executive, marketing, and products) of AtliQ hardware to understand sales trends and facilitate data-driven decisions, which aimed to scale the business processes by 10%.
• Imported 2 different data sources (MySQL, and Excel) with more than 1 million records and performed data modeling(Star and Snowflake Schema) and did ETL in Power Query
• Optimized the report using DAX studio, which saved 30% of storage and improved performance by 10%

In this end-to-end data analytics project, we will take a REAL dataset for employee presence from a company called AtliQ and perform data analysis in Power BI

• Integrated and visualized three months of genuine employee attendance data into a comprehensive Power BI Dashboard.
• Automated the extraction and transformation of Excel workbooks comprising 1000 + records each month by creating a Power BI function.
• Enabled the visualization and analysis of employee attendance trends, remote work preferences, and sick leave patterns, reducing manual processing time by 90% and providing insights that improved attendance management and HR strategies.
