Here’s the data model I designed for this project, showcasing the structure and relationships that power effective analysis and decision-making.

Project Details

Task List:
1. Develop relevant metrics.
2. Design an intuitive dashboard.
3. Uncover valuable insights.

Learning Points:
1. Created a custom visual (Scroller) for data visualization.
2. Identified trends in hotel cancellation policies.
3. Mastered page navigation and clear filter implementation.
4. Applied a consistent color palette across the dashboard.

Key Dashboard Insights:
1. Mumbai generates the highest revenue (₹669M), followed by Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi.
2. AtliQ Exotica outperforms other properties (₹320M revenue, 3.62 rating, 57% occupancy, 24.4% cancellation rate).
3 AtliQ Bay has the highest occupancy rate at 66%.
4. Delhi leads in occupancy and rating, followed by Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
5. AtliQ loses around 24% of revenue due to cancellations.
6. Elite rooms see the most bookings and a higher cancellation rate.

10. Gaining proficiency in collaboration, workspace management, and access permissions.
11. Analyzing Gross Price, Pre-Invoice Deductions, and Post-Invoice Deductions.
