Though my academic background is in Electrical Engineering, I discovered my natural inclination toward data analysis during my professional journey. With 4 years of experience in Finance Management at Infosys Limited, I’ve honed my analytical skills and applied them to solve complex problems. • Created a resource allocation dashboard in Power BI to analyze and visualize resource distribution across regions, enabling better workforce planning and utilization, resulting in a 15% reduction in overall project delays

. • Prepared a Purchase Order creation Dashboard in Power BI to monitor and analyze purchase orders across suppliers and departments, reducing order processing time by 25%.

• Managing large projects and programs in a multi-vendor scenario and globally spread team.

• Collaborated closely with service owners for maintaining precise financial records; streamlined communication processes led to a reduction of errors in monthly reports from an average of five issues down to one.

• Conducted in-depth reviews of monthly financial statements against projected budgets, ensuring accuracy in reporting while pinpointing variances; findings led to the identification of three major cost-saving opportunities within project execution.

Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.
