AtliQ Hardware is facing major loss in Latin America. they need a data analyst to analyze their data and provide insights which can help them in making data-driven decisions.
💰𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 : key KPI's , Net sales performance over period , profit and loss breakdown matrix, net sales breakdown matrix by customer, region , market and product.
💹𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: product and customer performance , unit economics and performance matrix by region and segments.
📣𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: Net profit by segment ,product and category, Toggle button to navigate between net profit percentage and gross margin percentage by products, top and bottom 5 products net profit ,and net profit percentage.
🌏𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:Forecasting analysis, Important KPI's such as forecast, Net Error, Absolute error ,detailed forecast analysis over time.

As part of the internship at Cognifyz Technologies. I have developed "𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝"
Basically I have divided dashboard into 3 segments:

👀 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀

✅Based on Demographic - Total investment made is 280, where most investments are made by Male's nearly 62% and Average Age of investment is 28 and common age group is Between 26-30 and common investment objective is capital appreciation and Mutual Funds.

✅Investment preferences and Reason- common investment avenue preferred is GOLD and common reason is to get Better Returns.

✅Duration - Investment period preferred is between 3-5 years and most commonly invest are based on Monthly basis in terms of getting 20%-30% of returns.

▶ Total Attrition by Gender Female-40% and Male-60%.

-Over 26% of attrition is of the job role Laboratory Technician followed by Sales Executive .

-1203 Attrition of employees from Life Science Educational Background.

-Over 728-Male and 473 Female are between 25-30 of age group who has faced attrition.

-Employees who Travel rarely has faced 71% of attrition.

-R&D is the department where maximum employees has left Female-752 and Males 1152.

-Employees who work in company between 0-10 years tends to leave the company the most.
