About Me

Hi, I’m Avinash! I love digging into data to understand how things work and how they can work better. At Amazon, I used Excel, SQL and Power BI to develop weekly reports, track operational metrics, investigate issues, and create visualizations for leadership. My analysis helped boost resolve rates by 15% and improved team performance by 5–10%.
