Market Performance vs. Target Report: Compares actual sales with yearly targets across countries, helping identify market gaps, strong-performing regions, and potential areas for business growth.

Project Details

Developed an interactive sales analytics report using Excel Pivot Tables to help businesses evaluate customer performance, optimize discount strategies, support negotiations, and identify potential expansion opportunities in high-performing markets. Using sales data, the project delivers actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction, strengthen sales strategies, and maximize revenue.

The project involved data cleaning and transformation using Power Query, creating interactive Pivot Table reports, applying basic DAX for sales metrics, and using conditional formatting to highlight key trends and performance gaps. I also focused on report beautification and effective data presentation to make insights easy to understand for business stakeholders.

Developed an advanced Power BI analytics solution for AtliQ Hardwares to replace traditional Excel-based reporting. The dashboard delivers actionable insights into sales, market trends, customer performance, and key business metrics, enabling faster and data-driven decisions.

Interactive dashboard landing page designed for intuitive navigation, providing stakeholders with a clear overview and easy access to key business insights.

Robust data model connecting 10+ tables to create a structured foundation for accurate analysis and seamless business reporting.

Project Details

Developed an integrated Power BI dashboard providing one view of business performance for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Executive teams. The project focused on robust data modeling, user-friendly report design, and drillable insights for faster, data-driven decisions. I used Power Query for data transformation, built a scalable model with 10+ interconnected tables, and created basic and complex DAX measures for core business key metrics. Interactive visuals, bookmarks, drill-downs, and effective formatting improved navigation and storytelling. The dashboard was deployed through Power BI Service, with stakeholder feedback incorporated to enhance usability and business relevance.
