Data Analyst Intern
AtliQ Technologies | Bangalore | Jun–Jul 2025

During my internship at AtliQ Technologies, I worked on HR analytics and Insurance analytics projects that reflected real business challenges. I performed data cleaning, validation, and quality checks using SQL, Excel, and Python to ensure accurate reporting and reliable insights. I also conducted a sales channel analysis for SHIELD Insurance, improving reporting accuracy by 15 percent and strengthening client engagement across multiple cities.

I designed interactive dashboards and KPIs in Power BI for policy performance and workforce insights, helping teams track trends and make faster decisions. I collaborated with mentors and cross-functional members in an agile environment, solving real-world data problems through iterative development and structured analytical workflows.
