To comprehend market performance relative to their target and assess customer performance, reports are created to help sales team with decision making.

Customer Performance Report: Provides net sales performance of each customer across years

Market performance vs Target report across years: Enables stakeholders to assess the country's performance and compare it to set targets.

Project Details

In this project, I developed a comprehensive sales report utilizing Excel pivot tables to equip businesses with powerful tools for optimizing their sales strategies. The report enables businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate consumer negotiations, and identify expansion opportunities in promising markets. By analyzing sales data, the report offers actionable insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.
Throughout the project, I gained proficiency in various techniques and tools, including:
Pivot Tables & Power Query: Streamlining data import and transformation processes.
DAX (Basics): Applying basic Data Analysis Expressions for advanced calculations.
Conditional Formatting & Report Beautification
Sales Domain Metrics: Understanding critical sales metrics and KPIs.
The project’s primary goal is to empower businesses with the insights needed to monitor, evaluate, and refine their sales activities.

AtliQ Hardwares, a consumer electronics company, faced challenges due to reliance on outdated Excel reports. To address this, I undertook an advanced analytics solution with Power BI. This initiative aimed to modernize their data analysis capabilities and make data-driven decisions.
