I am an aspiring Data Analyst with a strong foundation in analyzing data and extracting insights using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. With a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and over 5 years of experience in the IT industry as a technical support specialist and backend developer, I have gained a unique perspective on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

During my journey, I discovered my passion for data analysis, which inspired me to transition into this field. The Market Performance report analyzes annual net sales across various markets, comparing the results to predetermined targets.

The Customer Net Sales Performance report provides a comprehensive analysis of total net sales on a yearly basis by various customers.

Project Details

In this project, I analyze key financial metrics to drive better business decisions. My tasks include calculating quarterly gross margin percentages, creating detailed P&L reports for different markets, and providing insights into monthly performance. Additionally, I generate annual sales reports for each customer and track year-over-year net sales for products and customers across various markets.
I also break down P&L data by month, offering insights into short-term performance. For a broader view, I generate fiscal year reports for each customer, giving a complete understanding of annual sales trends.
On top of that, I track net sales for various products and customers year-over-year, as well as across different markets.

4. Conditional Formatting.

This comprehensive data analysis supports informed strategies to improve the company’s performance.

AtliQ Hardware has experienced significant growth recently and has decided to create a Power BI report for data analytics. This report will help them compare their performance with market competitors and make data-driven decisions.

This is the data model I developed, which consists of more than 10 tables.

Project Details

As part of this project, we are developing a comprehensive Power BI dashboard that features dedicated views for Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive insights, along with integrated support functionalities. The company sells computers and accessories through three main channels: retailers, direct sales, and distributors.
Recently, AtliQ Hardware faced unexpected losses after opening a new store in America. These issues were identified through surveys, and simple Excel analysis.
Finance View: Provides insights into financial performance, budgeting, and expenditure.
Sales View: Tracks sales metrics, trends, and performance analysis.
Marketing View: Analyzes marketing campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Supply Chain View: Monitors supply chain efficiency, inventory levels, and logistics.
Executive View: Offers a high-level overview of key business metrics and strategic insights.
Support View: Evaluates customer support performance and resolution times.

Worked on Consumer Goods Ad-hoc Analysis project for AtliQ Hardware, a leading computer hardware manufacturer in India with a global reach.
Using SQL queries, I provided valuable insights to the management by addressing 10 ad-hoc requests. These insights played a crucial role in supporting AtliQ's decision-making process.
Additionally, I created visualizations in Power BI based on the queries I solved, delivering clear and actionable insights through dashboards.
