To address this issue and ensure customer satisfaction, AtliQ Mart's management has tasked the supply chain analytics team with tracking the 'On-time' and 'In Full' delivery service level for all customers on a daily basis. This approach will enable the team to swiftly respond to any issues and maintain high service standards.

To address this, the managing director has recognized the importance of incorporating "Business and Data Intelligence" into their operations. However, lacking an in-house data analytics team, they have opted to engage a third-party service provider to extract insights from their historical data.
As a data analyst tasked with this project, I have been provided with sample data and a mock-up dashboard to drive actionable insights.
