Project Details

In this project, I created a sales report using Excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Project Title: Atliq Hardware Finance & Supply Chain Analytics

Overview:Transformed finance and supply chain analytics at Atliq Hardware using MySQL. Analyzed sales, products, customers, and regional data to drive critical insights.

Focus Areas: Dynamic sales reporting, market trend analysis, customer behavior patterns, predictive supply chain forecasting.

Skills Demonstrated: Custom functions, database views, stored procedures, advanced window functions, temporary table management, database indexes, data integrity.

Key Insights: Amazon led net sales at 109.03M in FY21, followed closely by AtliQ Exclusive at 79.92M. India dominated with net sales of 210.67M, while the USA followed at 132.05M. Amazon's share of total net sales stood at 13.23% in FY21.

Outcome: Enhanced decision-making processes and streamlined operations, enabling Atliq Hardware to leverage data-driven strategies for sustainable growth.

Project Details

This project involved conducting a comprehensive data analysis for AtliQ Hotels, a luxury hotel chain operating in major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. The goal was to analyze historical business data from May to August 2022 to uncover key trends and provide actionable insights. I utilized Python and Jupyter Notebook for data import, exploration, cleaning, transformation, and analysis. The process involved removing negative values and outliers, merging and aggregating data, and applying statistical functions to extract meaningful insights. The analysis revealed higher occupancy rates on weekends, Mumbai leading in revenue generation, and consistent average ratings with areas for improvement in service quality. These findings were compiled into a detailed report and presented using PowerPoint. This project enhanced my skills in data analysis, statistical functions, and visualization using Python, highlighting the importance of data quality
