This interactive Excel dashboard analyzes sales and profit performance for a U.S. retail business from 2014 to 2017. It provides a clear view of yearly growth, regional sales distribution, top customers, and category-wise performance using visualizations such as line charts, map charts, funnel charts, bar charts, and pie charts. Slicers allow users to filter the data by year and product category, making the dashboard dynamic and easy to explore. Key insights show a steady rise in sales, with California leading in revenue. Phones and Chairs are the highest-selling categories, while Technology records strong profit growth. The dashboard highlights increasing customer engagement each year, supporting strategic decision-making in marketing, product focus, and regional investments.

Developed an end-to-end Power BI analytics dashboard for AtliQ Grands, a luxury hotel chain, to enable data-driven revenue management. Integrated booking, capacity, revenue, and customer datasets using Power Query and designed a scalable data model. Created KPIs such as Revenue, Occupancy %, Cancellation %, Utilized Capacity, No-Show %, Average Rating, and month-over-month trends using DAX. Built interactive dashboards with city, month, week, room class, and platform-level filters to analyze performance across properties. Identified key revenue drivers, underutilized capacity, cancellation patterns, and weekday vs weekend trends, and delivered actionable insights on pricing optimization, demand forecasting, platform performance, and promotional strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.
