As part of this project, I used Excel pivot tables to construct a sales report that will help businesses find new customers to offer discounts to negotiate with customers and expand into promising countries. The reports that are produced will offer organizations practical information and suggestions on how to improve customer satisfaction, maximize income generation, and optimize their sales methods.

The overall goal of this initiative is to equip companies with the knowledge as well as tools they need to track, assess, and improve their sales efforts. Atliq Grands, a leading chain of luxury hotels in India for 20 years, faces declining market share and revenue. This project aimed to create a report according to the mockup provided by the stakeholders and provide drillable insights for deeper analysis.

Throughout the project, I gained expertise in:

Project Details

Atliq Hardwares (imaginary company) is one of the leading computer hardware producers in India and well expanded in other countries too. However, the management noticed that they do not get enough insights to make quick and smart data-informed decisions. Hence, they decided to hire data analyst who will use SQL to address ad-hoc requests from top-level management and presented meaningful insights from the output generated through PowerBI and Canva, enhancing efficiency and improving decision-making for the company.
