In this project, my focus was on leveraging Excel pivot tables to craft a comprehensive sales report. This report serves as a valuable tool for businesses, enabling them to strategically determine customer discounts, engage in effective negotiations, and identify growth prospects in promising markets. The generated reports offer actionable insights and recommendations, aiding businesses in optimizing sales strategies, elevating customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.

Throughout the project, I acquired proficiency in various tools and techniques, including Pivot tables, Power Query, basic DAX functions, Conditional Formatting, Report Beautification, and Sales Domain Metrics. These skills collectively contribute to a robust understanding of sales data analysis.

The system extends its capabilities to furnish a Top Market report, highlighting net sales for strategic decisions, and identifies the top 2 markets in each region by FY=2021 gross sales. Additionally, it addresses supply chain concerns by providing a detailed report on customers whose forecast accuracy dropped from 2020 to 2021, ensuring an informed and responsive approach to forecasting challenges."

Key reports include credit card transaction metrics, card category analysis, and revenue trends by education level, as well as customer demographics and revenue by gender, job, and state. This dashboard supports strategic decision-making by identifying profitable segments and understanding customer behavior.
