Market performance vs Target report across years: Enables stakeholders to assess the country's performance and compare it to set targets.

Project Details

Created two sales analytics reports using Excel Pivot Tables and Power Query for AtliQ Hardware. The Customer Performance Report tracked net sales per customer across years, while the Market Performance vs. Target report benchmarked country-level sales against set targets. Leveraged DAX basics, conditional formatting, and Power Query to enable the sales team to evaluate discount strategies, negotiate better deals, and identify high-potential markets.

Developed a Power BI dashboard for AtliQ Grands to analyze performance across five hotel branches using a star schema data model and DAX measures. Tracked RevPAR, occupancy %, cancellation rate, ADR, and average ratings by city and platform.

Key findings revealed AtliQ Exotica had the highest RevPAR, while Direct Online was the most profitable booking platform — insights that directly informed pricing strategy and platform partnership decisions.
