Designed and developed a comprehensive Power BI dashboard called Business Insights 360, enabling cross-functional visibility into key performance areas such as sales, finance, supply chain, and customer insights. The dashboard provided real-time access to critical KPIs including Net Sales, Gross Margin, Net Profit, Forecast Accuracy, and more—filtered by customer, region, product segment, and time period. It featured detailed P&L statements, performance matrices, and visual analytics such as donut charts, scatter plots, and line graphs for easy trend analysis and comparison against benchmarks. The solution empowered stakeholders to quickly identify top-performing segments, operational inefficiencies, and strategic growth opportunities, resulting in more informed and agile business decisions.

It tracks key metrics such as total sales, daily orders, average pizza orders, and peak ordering times. The dashboard includes detailed insights into top-selling pizzas, category-wise performance, and customer preferences by pizza size. Visuals like line charts, bar graphs, and donut charts allow users to easily identify trends, high-performing products, and optimal business hours. Built with dynamic filters and user-friendly visuals, the dashboard supports data-driven decision-making for marketing, inventory planning, and operational efficiency.
