Designed a scalable star schema model in Power BI with 14+ tables, enabling accurate DAX calculations and efficient cross-functional reporting.

Business Insights 360 is a comprehensive Power BI dashboard developed for AtliQ Hardwares, a rapidly growing consumer electronics company. The aim was to replace scattered Excel-based reports with a centralized data analytics solution for better decision-making. The dashboard covers key domains—Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Executive Overview—providing real-time insights through KPIs, YoY growth, gross margin, and forecast accuracy. Using Power Query and DAX, I transformed over 500K+ unstructured records into an optimized star schema model, enabling interactive visualizations and drill-through analysis. Advanced DAX measures were created for sales performance, profitability tracking, and customer segmentation. This project not only improved data reliability and reporting efficiency but also empowered business leaders to take data-driven strategic actions with confidence.
