The Customer Performance Report presents the annual net sales performance for each customer.

This report enables stakeholders to assess the country's performance over several years and compare it against established targets.

Project Details

Atliq Hardware aims to enhance sales by generating detailed sales reports. Key operations include extensive ETL processes to meticulously structure sales data and crafting comprehensive Profit and Loss (P&L) reports across various dimensions. Reports on customer net sales and market performance compared to targets were generated. Data model relationships were established, and DAX was utilized for calculated columns.
Sales Analytics Report Findings: Detailed analysis of customer segments and their performance.
Insights on how market segments performed relative to sales targets. Identification of the top-performing products.
Analysis of products generating the highest revenue. Comparison of net sales between 2020 and 2021. Evaluation of the performance of products launched in 2021.
Insights into the top-performing countries by sales.

AtliQ, a company specializing in computer hardware sales, faced significant challenges as their existing Excel reports failed to provide the required insights. To address this issue, I developed an exceptional dashboard using Power BI, empowering them to gain a deeper understanding and clarity on various aspects of their business operations.
Tailored Dashboards:
Finance View: Delve into P&L statements and analyze net sales performance.
Sales View: Investigate unit economics, customer, and product performance.
Marketing View: Gain insights into gross margin, COGS, and NP%.
Supply Chain View: Access key metrics by customer, forecast accuracy, and ABS error.
Executive View: Overview of top insights across all business dimensions.

To regain their standing in the luxury/business hotel category, Atliq Grands leveraged business and data intelligence for more informed decision-making.

Project Details

AtliQo, a leading telecom provider in India, rolled out its 5G services in May 2022, alongside other major players in the industry.
Following the launch, the management observed a concerning decline in both active user count and revenue growth. In response, the Business Director has tasked the analytics team with generating a comprehensive KPI comparison report, analyzing performance across the pre- and post-5G launch periods.
The objective is to uncover actionable insights and trends that can inform strategic decisions aimed at recovering user engagement, stabilizing revenue, and optimizing overall performance in the competitive 5G landscape.

Key Insights:
Post-5G launch, revenue dipped slightly (0.5%) while ARPU increased by 11.05%, indicating higher individual spending. However, MAUs dropped by 8.28% and churn rose by 1.99%, raising concerns about user retention. Internet Combo Plans showed strong potential as a growth lever.

AtliQ Hardwares, a leading computer hardware manufacturer in India with a strong global footprint, is striving to enhance its data-driven decision-making process. The management has identified a gap in actionable insights, which is slowing down their ability to make quick and informed business decisions.
To address this challenge, Tony Sharma, the Director of Data Analytics, aims to expand the team by hiring skilled junior data analysts who excel in both technical and analytical problem-solving. To identify the right talent, he designed a SQL challenge consisting of ad hoc business requests, testing candidates' ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
This project focuses on solving these ten ad hoc requests using SQL, demonstrating data manipulation, querying techniques, and analytical thinking to support executive decision-making at AtliQ Hardwares.
