I created an Excel sales report to help businesses enhance customer interactions, determine optimal discounts, and identify potential growth areas. The report offers practical advice on improving sales, boosting customer satisfaction, and increasing earnings.

In the process, I gained skills in using special tables, smart data handling, basic mathematical analysis, and creating visually appealing reports with colors. The goal is to provide businesses with tools to monitor, comprehend, and enhance their selling strategies. By presenting key sales numbers in a visually appealing manner, companies can seize opportunities for improvement, growth, and maintaining a competitive edge in a dynamic market.

AtliQ Grands owns multiple five-star hotels across India. They have been in the hospitality industry for the past 20 years. Due to strategic moves from other competitors and ineffective decision-making in management, AtliQ Grands are losing its market share and revenue in the luxury/business hotels category. As a strategic move, the managing director of AtliQ Grands wanted to incorporate “Business and Data Intelligence” to regain their market share and revenue. However, they do not have an in-house data analytics team to provide them with these insights.
