Hi, I'm an aspiring Data Analyst with a passion for data storytelling, dashboarding, and turning numbers into meaningful insights. I’m skilled in Excel and Power BI, using them to analyze data, build interactive dashboards, and support smarter business decisions.

With a postgraduate degree in Management, I began my career in roles that involved fraud detection, customer insights, and process analysis. These experiences helped me build a sharp eye for spotting patterns, understanding business behavior, and solving problems with data.

Over time, I realized that working with data is what I enjoy most—and I decided to fully transition into the analytics space. I'm actively strengthening my skills in SQL and Python, both of which I already use in my learning projects and problem-solving tasks.

My Experience

Every career starts with solving problems — mine began on the front lines of customer experience and evolved into the world of investigations, fraud prevention, and data analysis.

🟢 Customer Service Executive | iEnergizer (August, 2021 – August, 2022)
My first role placed me at the heart of high-pressure, real-time problem-solving for Airtel Black's premium customers. This experience honed my ability to think fast, resolve critical issues, and manage client expectations effectively.

🟢 Transaction Risk Investigator | Amazon (November, 2022 – February, 2024)
At Amazon, I stepped into the world of fraud detection and platform protection. I investigated suspicious accounts, unraveled transaction patterns, and safeguarded customer trust. During this time, I also began building my Excel and Power BI skills, enabling me to better interpret fraud trends and contribute to data-backed insights for internal teams.

🟢 Senior Process Associate | Accenture (May, 2024 – September, 2024)
At Accenture, I refined my operational and analytical skills, working with global processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Leveraged Excel reporting to track service trends and identify areas for process improvement.

🟢 Investigation Specialist | Amazon (October, 2024 – Present)
Back at Amazon, I now specialize in bulk fraud detection and account reinstatements. With my growing knowledge of Data Analysis, I support fraud trend reviews, reporting, and data-driven insights using Excel and Power BI, preparing for my next leap into full-time Analytics or Business Intelligence roles.
