In this project, I created a sales report using excel pivot tables which will enable businesses to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with consumers, and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries. The reports generated will provide actionable insights and recommendations for businesses to optimize their sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation.

Project Details

Developed an interactive E-Commerce Sales & Customer Analytics Dashboard in Microsoft Excel to analyze retail performance, customer behavior, product trends, and operational efficiency through dynamic visual reporting. The project involved transforming raw transactional data into meaningful business insights using advanced Excel functionalities such as Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Slicers, Map Charts, Picture Links, calculated columns, and custom dashboard formatting.
The dashboard was designed using a structured “summary-to-detail” storytelling approach, enabling users to monitor high-level KPIs while exploring detailed analytical insights. Key metrics analyzed include total orders, revenue, quantity sold, customer satisfaction ratings, shipment duration, regional sales distribution, and product category performance. Interactive slicers were implemented to allow dynamic filtering across customer segments and purchasing channels such as App, Website, Instagram, and Partner Platforms.
