Project Details

AtliQ Hardware lacked visibility into sales and financial performance due to scattered Excel files. I was tasked with transforming this raw data into insightful reports. Using Power Query, I imported and cleaned datasets (customers, sales, markets, finance), built a dynamic data model with a custom dim_date table, and connected related tables using Power Pivot. I then developed two key dashboards:

Sales Analytics Report – Highlighted customer performance, top/bottom product sales, market-wise net sales vs targets, and best-performing countries using DAX and conditional formatting.

Finance Analytics Report – Built dynamic P&L reports by year, month, and quarter to track gross margin trends across regions.

These reports enabled AtliQ to monitor business KPIs, seasonal trends, and profitability with clarity, enhancing their strategic decision-making.

Project Details

AtliQ Hardware needed a unified, data-driven view of its business performance across departments. I was tasked with developing an interactive Power BI dashboard to replace their outdated Excel-based reporting. I extracted and transformed 1.8M+ records from MySQL and Excel using Power Query, then built a robust data model using Star and Snowflake schemas. Using DAX, I created KPIs for P&L metrics, YoY comparisons, forecast accuracy, and top-performing products/customers. I designed individual views for Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executives, each with dynamic filters and slicers. I also optimized the report using DAX Studio, reducing file size by 25% and improving performance by 10%. This dashboard empowered AtliQ’s leadership to make faster, insight-driven decisions and contributed to projected improvements in revenue and cost-efficiency.

Project Details

Cricket analysts often lack a unified view of player performance across conditions and opponents. I set out to build a solution that empowers data-driven squad evaluation for India’s 2025 Champions Trophy team. Using Excel for data collection and Power BI for visualization, I curated, cleaned, and merged player performance data spanning two years. I built an interactive dashboard with pages for batsmen, bowlers, and all-rounders—featuring KPI cards, innings comparisons, opposition-wise stats, and dismissal breakdowns. The homepage allows navigation via player images, while the Top Performers page highlights India’s best based on key metrics. Leveraging DAX and slicers, users can explore performance trends dynamically. The dashboard enhanced selection analysis, providing clear insights into form, consistency, and match impact.
