I started my career in Human Resources, working with recruitment data, employee records, and operational reports. While doing this, I realized something important behind every business decision, there is data.

That curiosity led me to learn data analysis and business intelligence tools so I could go beyond basic reporting and start finding real insights.

Today, I combine my HR experience with data analytics to understand patterns in people and business data and turn them into clear insights.

What I work with:
• SQL for data analysis
• Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data cleaning
• Power BI & Tableau for dashboards
• Advanced Excel for reporting

I have also built projects like Customer Behavior Analysis Dashboard and Netflix Data Analysis, where I explored large datasets and created insights using SQL, Python, and Power BI.

I am especially interested in HR Analytics, Business Analytics, and Data-driven decision making.
