I also investigated plan discontinuations post-launch and the reasons behind them. The project empowered data-driven decision-making by clearly visualizing the 5G rollout’s financial and operational implications, aligning with strategic business goals.

This project was developed for AtliQ Mart, an FMCG company facing service-level issues that led to contract losses with key customers. The objective was to track and improve delivery performance using three critical KPIs: On-Time Delivery (OT%), In-Full Delivery (IF%), and On-Time In-Full (OTIF%). By analyzing daily order data across Surat, Ahmedabad, and Vadodara, the project provides actionable insights into late or partial deliveries. A dynamic Power BI dashboard was created to help the supply chain team monitor customer-level performance against target service levels. The solution enables timely interventions, drives operational excellence, and supports AtliQ Mart’s plan to expand into metro and Tier-1 cities.

This project focuses on analyzing a tech influencer’s Instagram performance using structured data and SQL. By working with three tables—fact_content, fact_account, and dim_dates—I answered 10 key business questions related to impressions, reach, likes, comments, and follower growth. The goal was to identify trends in content type performance, audience engagement patterns across time, and top-performing post categories. Reels emerged as the most effective format, while weekends and months like May and June saw the highest growth. I also created a stored procedure to summarize post shares by week. This analysis enables better decision-making for content strategy and engagement optimization.

This Power BI project was developed as part of a virtual internship with a focus on the insurance domain. The goal was to analyze and visualize sales and customer data for Shield Insurance to uncover actionable insights. The dataset included information on customer demographics, revenue trends, and sales across four channels: Offline-Agent, Offline-Direct, Online-App, and Online-Website. Key KPIs such as total revenue, customer count, monthly trends, and expected claim settlements were explored. The dashboard enabled dynamic filtering by city, age group, and sales mode. Major insights revealed that Delhi NCR contributed the highest revenue, the 31–40 age group was the most valuable segment, and offline-agent sales dominated. Strategic recommendations were provided to improve mobile engagement, target underperforming cities, and tailor offerings based on customer behavior.

Project Details

I analyzed survey responses from over 10,000 consumers across 10 Indian cities to support the market launch of CodeX, a German energy drink entering India. Using SQL, I cleaned and aggregated the data to reveal key patterns: the primary demographic (age 15–30), strong interest in caffeinated portable cans, and a preferred price range of ₹50–₹99. Building on this, I developed a dynamic Power BI dashboard showcasing insights across demographics, consumer preferences, competitor comparison, brand awareness, and purchase behavior. The outcome is a clear set of data-driven marketing recommendations—from pricing and positioning to targeting and promotional channels—geared toward improving CodeX's brand performance during its launch.
