Project Details

This project focused on diagnosing and improving delivery reliability in a large supply chain operation.
Through detailed root-cause analysis and custom SQL metrics, I uncovered that frequent inventory stockouts—rather than warehousing or logistics limits—were the main reason for delayed customer orders. I identified the Top 5 high-risk customers and most affected regions, helping the business prioritize accounts with the highest churn and revenue impact.
I then designed a two-phase improvement plan: fixing planning parameters for failing SKUs and resolving 8.3K one-day delayed orders.
I built an end-to-end SQL + Power BI pipeline to convert raw data into dashboards that revealed root causes and guided corrective actions.

Project Title: Pacific Global Bank — Customer Churn Intervention Strategy:
This analysis, built using Power BI and DAX, transformed the bank's reactive retention strategy by addressing significant customer leakage. It quantified a 20.37% Portfolio Loss and proved that low engagement was the primary churn predictor.
Key insights isolated critical, high-risk segments:5-Year Vulnerability Window: DAX measures identified peak churn risk around the fifth year of tenure.
Senior Failure: Inactive senior (50+) customers showed a near-total abandonment rate.
Geographic Risk: Germany was isolated as the highest regional risk area.
The project delivered targeted campaigns, including a "Relationship Milestone Review" and specific intervention for the inactive senior cohort, maximizing retention ROI.
