Business Insights 360 is a Power BI project designed to transform AtliQ Hardware’s outdated Excel-based reporting into an interactive, data-driven solution. This project features five dynamic dashboards covering Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive insights, enabling real-time decision-making and improved operational efficiency.

The Finance Dashboard provides P&L analysis, Gross Margin %, and Net Profit trends. The Sales Dashboard examines customer and product performance, unit economics, and regional sales. The Marketing Dashboard highlights campaign effectiveness, Net Sales, and ROI insights. The Supply Chain Dashboard focuses on forecast accuracy and inventory risks, while the Executive Dashboard offers market share analysis and revenue trends.

Leveraging Power BI, SQL, Power Query, and DAX, this project enhances data visualization, forecasting, and business strategy.

Executed a comprehensive data analysis project for a consumer goods company using SQL to uncover sales performance trends, customer purchase behavior, and product profitability. Wrote optimized SQL queries involving joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and aggregate operations to extract meaningful insights from large transactional datasets. Designed and automated SQL views, stored procedures, and user-defined functions for recurring ad-hoc business queries. The Bharat Herald Analysis project aimed to uncover insights into newspaper circulation trends across major Indian cities from 2019 to 2024. The primary challenge was identifying sharp month-over-month declines in net circulation and understanding the regional and seasonal factors driving these shifts. We tackled this by using SQL to clean, aggregate, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. Analytical queries were written to detect abnormal fluctuations and highlight the top 3 months with the steepest drops in circulation for each city. Insights derived from these queries were visualized through interactive Power BI dashboards, enabling dynamic exploration of trends, comparisons, and performance indicators. This data-driven approach empowered Bharat Herald to make informed editorial, distribution, and marketing decisions for improved operational efficiency and growth.
