AtliQ Hardware is a supplier of computer hardware and peripherals to business customers across the world. I was assigned to create Sales performance and P & L reports to draw insights from data available from 2019, 2020 and 2021 fiscal years.

AtliQ Hardware, a computer hardware and peripherals company is seeking to move from Microsoft excel to Power BI due to the vast amount of data available from it's global operations. This project takes a 360° view into the AtliQ Hardware, with 5 dashboards across multiple functions of the company.

Project Details

In this project, I used Microsoft excel to create a Profit & Loss and Sales Performance reports to help optimize the company’s sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction and ultimately maximize revenue generation.
This tool will help the business to determine effective customer discounts, facilitate negotiations with customers and identify potential business expansion opportunities in promising countries.

The Sales View - An analysis of the company's sales performance across various markets, customers and product segments from 2019 to 2022.

The Executive View - An executive level dashboard that gives a holistic view of the entire business.

Project Details

The goal of this project was to build a report that would be used by stakeholders from finance, sales, marketing, supply chain and executive functions of the company to make data-driven decisions. There is a dedicated dashboard for each function listed above.

An overall analysis of the performance of all properties of AtliQ Grands from May 2022 to July 2022.

A Weekday vs Weekend analysis of revenue and other metrics like RevPAR, ADR and Occupancy Rate

Project Details

This project was kick started by the revenue management team of AtliQ Grands to analyze the business' revenue data, generate useful insights and make recommendations to improve revenue. Below are some key Insights generated from the report.

1. DIRECT BOOKINGS VS TOTAL SUCCESSFUL BOOKINGS
Direct Online bookings constituted only 10%(13,000) of all successful bookings (133, 000)

2.ADR vs OCCUPANCY RATE
Despite the fluctuations in occupancy rate between weekends and weekdays, ADR remains relatively flat.

3. WEEKDAY VS WEEKEND
Revenue remains steady from Monday to Friday but sees a boost on Saturdays and Sundays. This is same for occupancy rate.
Revenue generated on Weekdays however contributed $1.07bn representing 63% of all revenue
