Hi, I’m Gurpreet Dua, an aspiring Data Analyst who loves turning numbers into stories that make sense.

I use tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python to explore data, find patterns, and uncover insights that help solve real business problems.

I completed my MBA in Marketing and Operations, but along the way, I realized my true interest lies in data analysis — understanding what the numbers say and how they can help a business grow.

Sales Analytics Project (Excel Dashboard)

In this project, I created a Sales Report Dashboard using Excel Pivot Tables to help businesses make faster, data-driven decisions. The dashboard helps identify the right customer discounts, improve negotiations, and spot new market opportunities across countries.

Through this project, I learned how to use Power Query for cleaning data, apply Conditional Formatting for better visuals, and design a clean, interactive report. I also explored DAX basics, Sales Metrics, and report beautification to make insights easy to understand.

This project helped me turn raw sales data into meaningful insights that can help businesses track performance, boost customer satisfaction, and increase revenue effectively.

The goal of this project was to build a single interactive report that could be used by teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Management. The main focus areas were:
